Gentle Yoga: A relaxed style of yoga for all people who would like to slow down including Veterans, Elderly, Recovering Addicts, and people who have low energy due to depression or for any other reason. An excellent complement to other forms of therapy.
Integral Yoga: Yoga for everyone, may include dynamic flow with strength, balance, and flexibility poses depending on what you need that day.
Vinyasa Yoga: A great class for everyone with special focus on breathing techniques to enhance peace and wellness from within.
Pilates: The class uses breathing, core, conditioning, and body awareness in a series of dynamic exercises to stretch, strengthen and streamline the body. The class encourages lifelong fitness & wellness.
TRX: This class is designed to build total body strength and muscular endurance. TRX Suspension Training is a new approach to exercise that leverages one’s own body weight and the force of gravity and is designed to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and core stability. The exercise utilizes a system of straps, buckles, and grips (called a “suspension trainer”) that allows the user to work against their own body weight. TRX training engages the core on every exercise in addition to providing some cardio fitness in every workout. TRX Suspension Training is offered in small group training format.
Yoga: It is a discipline of the boy, mind and spirit, with the purpose of awareness, growth, balance, and the integration of the three aspects of ourselves. To achieve this, yoga combines movement for physical health, with breathing and meditation techniques for peace of mind, self awareness and self development.
